Local CEO is not compasssionate, very low EQ, change his mind very often, calls in the middle of the night, just wants to hear the good stuff, poor judgment of people, when he wants he have to had it (no other supporting reason needed), bad temper, micro-management, thinks he is always right 2. Local company has little support from HQ 3. Very strong German culture, very hard to operate in a multi racial company 4. For some, no work life balance 5. As the management is so poor, staff often dont have anything to do, which leads to others' feeling unfair 6. People have given up talking, as would there be real improvement?
