Good brand value- If you want to shift to other places it will act as a good launch pad On site opportunity- More or less everyone gets a chance to work abroad Seniors and Colleagues are friendly Very minimal corporate politics
Cons
Learning has to be based on self interest The salaries are on the down side In case you are planning to shift it is best to serve the entire notice period(3 months-which is very high)
