Pros
Stable - many people I know leave office at 5:00pm, including management. In summer, internal golf league is popular and good cross-division network opportunity. many people approximately 370k associates working around the globe. International network, travel and work abroad if lucky.
Cons
Too many people means not so many positions open for advancement. Too much politics behind and not for the best interest of Bosch. Too slow to move - Often used the word of "Agile" but only the slogan and not really respected and/or followed.
