Pay is good but can be better

Works bad and to Much way to much

. Great team members- very friendly and supportive . Generous break times . Rota's released in advance . Hourly rate increased since being there . Uniform supplied . Flexible hours . Paid on time

. Since being there over a year I had different managers- some better than others . Customers not always friendly! . Difficulty having to learn knowledge across the hundreds of products stocked . Took over a year until allowed to carry out refunds/exchanges . More specific health and safety training would have been useful
