Pros
The compensation is above any other company in the industry. The company itself is one of the most respected, which gives you immediate credence with the clients. It is a small company, so in many cases you have to roll your sleeves up and improvise. This also gives you a broad view of different roles in the company.
Cons
The office is incredibly divided, meaning derogatory gossip and cliques are the norm. Processes are very old school in that the software system is ancient, the order fulfillment is time consuming and the invoice/shipping info is still filed as opposed to a more streamlined business ops system.
