Cons
If you are offended by the F word then you should avoid this place like the plague. Constant yelling making the very capable team feel an inch tall. Zero coaching, zero communication, and no hope to further your career. No collaboration at the management team level that trickles down to drive organizational design and priority execution. The team hasn’t been given merit increases in 2 years and no incentive plan to speak of. Suppliers are not being paid until they are over 90 days past due and even that requires a discussion with “treasury”. The good people have already left, and no end in sight to stop the bleeding. HR on-site is totally ineffective.
