Installers and some staff are very nice.

The Project Managers and Owner don't care about anything except getting the job done. You are expected to work day and night, and without regard for safety with very long hours. Project Managers are un-realistic and often create more problems than they solve, and insist doing it their way. They have never installed tile themselves, but know everything about it. They should listen to their installers more.
