Company is expanding but owners won't invest for positive expansion within employees

If you aren't apart of this companies family, forget about job security and being treated with respect. This company would throw you to the dogs for a dollar before they ever said thank you or made you feel like an asset. People are disposable. They have nothing to offer you. Stay away. They also do not pay you for time off or offer any sort of benefit packages and complain when you act like a human and not like one of their slaves.
