The founders are a dream team with an incredible combination of brilliance, leadership, and steadiness. They've lead the company through exciting and challenging phases of growth while always making sure to put their employees first and without ever loosing track of the goal. They truly understand how to create value, cultivate people, and lead by example. They seek feedback and insights from every employee, and never made large decisions without explaining the thought process. Good leadership is the most important thing to take into consideration when joining a startup like this, and Robin's founders are excellent.
The culture is very friendly and open. Lunch is catered every day, and the fridge is always stocked with beers and snacks. The team often meets up outside of work for fun activities or happy hours. People have a lot of fun, but it is also a mature culture and everyone is motivated by the common goal of building this company.
