Great company - Controller Robinson Aviation Employee Review

I, like many, read the company's reviews before starting employment and, frankly, it didn't look good for RVA. Honestly, though, I can say they must have made some massive improvements to their employee retention or negotiated a Hell of a contract for my airport. The pay is great, hours are flexible (if you're upfront about it), benefits for full-timers are solid. I've only been with the company a few months, but I'm already planning to make it long term.

I haven't found anything notable yet.
