      Pros

      Awesome group of guys to work with. Company takes really good care of employees, and management is very approachable. Work can be really fast paced at times, but pretty laid back over all. Cleanest shop I've ever seen!

      Cons

      Not the best pay for a welder, but the benefits outweigh the pay difference.

      Pros

      Will give you plenty of experience welding in flux core. You'll also learn to build and fit pieces.

      Cons

      All experience hands are leaving or have left due to pay not increasing for them but only increasing for new hires and management. Good old boys club both on the floor and in management, if you're not in the club you're screwed. Would not recommend
