Great individuals - experienced team and willing able to help

Owners are too controlling. confusing chain of command

1. Rbq has some very talented and friendly (but undervalued) individuals. 2. Work on a variety of clients

1. HR is very BAD and immature. I don't know how people have not been held accountable for some terrible decisions and obvious bias. 2. There are no real diversity and inclusion initiatives, only tick box exercises for social media clout. 3. There are too many scenarios where junior individuals hold up teams because of incompetence in higher ranks. 4. ^these people are continually undervalued and underpaid. I've watched some of our best BAs & Developers walk away because of this and the people hired to replace them just don't compare.
