Pros

1. You will get snacks two times a day. 2. You will get only Bugs to solve. 3. You will get enough time to chill.

Cons

1. More than 60% attrition rate. 2. Their CEO is blocked by their own college i.e., NIT Jamshedpur. 3. They are blocked by All NIT placement cells like NIT Jamshedpur, MNIT Jaipur, and NIT Bhopal. 4. Favouritism Matters here. Only favorites FTEs get hiked during appraisals. 5. Their CEO does not care about Employees other than his favorite managers 6. 0% job security 7. They do not want to upgrade themselves in terms of thinking and in terms of product quality, 8. They have no proper culture and their HR just talk loudly in front of everyone. 9. Those who are doing licking of managers are found to be in great state. 10. Everybody even their FTE doesn't trust the company. On any day, you can be fired from here even if your performance is upto the mark. 11. And those who opt for interns here. Don't believe in them, you can be fired any time even after a good performance here. 12. No professional Development and with negative personality development and they create lots of mental stress. 13. For interns, They do hire you for the sake of 10,000 rupees and get the whole work done. 14. They have bad internship policy. If you feel I am wrong, then You can try the company by joining them for 6 months and you can observe them.

Pros

Good product that still needs a lot of work, but has potential if management steps back and actually listens to feedback that is shared Good people there, hard workers

Cons

Role expectations shifted significantly after hire Minimal to no formal training or mentorship; onboarding relied almost entirely on self-learning through AI tools and recorded materials Inconsistent and sometimes conflicting managerial feedback regarding performance and readiness High employee turnover, which impacted team continuity and knowledge transfer Lack of established internal HR or training infrastructure, resulting in unclear policies and processes Expect to work well over 40 hours per week or you will be judged The environment was unstable and poorly set up for success
