* Management not Ethical, employees are just a number * RobotShop writes their own positive reviews on glassdoor to push down the negative * Company has yet to pay for training and coaching courses...just a facade. * Employees appreciated as long you are in agreement with all management policies and procedures. As soon as you have an opiniated view that goes against theirs, you are "blacklisted" * If promoted, it is without any salary increase or compensation * Human Ressources is NOT for the employees at all. * Management spends more time on petty things rather than running their business ( ie. watching employees personalized LinkedIn profiles and forcing them to change it) * RobotShop could truly be a great place to work if employees were respected and given the credit for their hard work. Also to realize that what may have worked for the company 10 years ago, may not work now.
