It was really a good experience to work at RobotShop. People here have a lot of passion for what they do. They have an amazing vision of the future, and it shows when you talk with some of the employees. - 100% work from home - Flexible hours / Life work balance (I never had any issues when I needed to take some time for personal reasons) - Fun social activities - Amazing team and colleagues - Our COO is a big reason why I loved working here - Possibilities to work with AI and not be replaced by AI instead

No company is perfect, they all have their issues to work on. The main issue I've had over the years has been people from other departments telling us how we should have done our job.
