Hiring process was streamlined and everyone was friendly/accommodating. Robson takes a hands on approach when onboarding which allows you an open line of communication to all the resources you may need. It is complex work where you have to prioritize and manage your time effectively, but some weight is taken off your shoulders knowing that you have full support of everyone from the marketing team to the experts and executives.

It’s all about billable hours. You will work 60+ hours to bill 20 hours per week. You take home less than 16% of billable hours. High turnover speaks volumes. Inconsistent approaches to helping new experts build their business. Benefits are expensive and 401K is not competitive.
