Made a big mistake and accepted to do research in this organization. The people in the research department are nice and knowledgeable but the organization does not have a research culture. - No value and respect for medical research. They have no whatsoever understanding of research. All of the successful and renowned healthcare providers in the country heavily invest and support research, no wonder Strong hospital (UofR) has dominated then in almost all the fields. - Worse healthcare benefits ever for employees - First work place, I had to pay for parking - nonfunctional HR;
