- Manager didn’t provide mentorship/training on things i didn’t understand. was basically left out to fail and his response was that his manager doesn’t tell him what to do for tasks. Two wrongs do not make it right.
- Job described in job posting was not the job I was doing in day to day.
- HR was not helpful when I asked for help on something
- said one of the competencies was preferred not required but in actuality that competency was a major part of the job.
