Very poorly managed, awful company - Anonymous employee Rock Flow Dynamics Employee Review

Discriminative, belittling work environment, no opportunity for advancement and lack of recognition for work done. Expectation to travel in personal time with no time off in lieu. Very much a favourites culture and very secretive for a small company. Internal communications very unprofessional (swearing, etc). The industry is turning away from this cheap technology to more accurate, established players.
