Do not work here! - Graphic Designer Rock Paper Simple Employee Review

It saddens us that you feel this way about your time at Rock Paper Simple, especially enough to leave a negative review after so much time has passed. We are especially sad that you feel we put money before our team as that has never been the intention. To be transparent, there was a day we could only afford that $9/hr (I remember paying myself even less than that!), but now we have most of the team on salary and we pay hourly higher now! We also now offer an IRA match for all team members, every other Friday off (on-call), 13 paid holidays annually, vacation PTO, sick days, paid lunch-time, training opportunities, end of year bonuses, monthly team lunches, and a bunch of other benefits. We've come a long way! You are so right about those awful old chips; we remember those too! We found the box in one of the cabinets at the office and didn't realize they were so old and put them out. Such a mistake! You'll be glad to hear we learned from that and now we stock new snacks every month and grind our own coffee so it's nice and fresh (well, not during quarantine!).
