Pros
Coworkers were kind on the surface. People learned to mask the heartbreaking knowledge that they had chosen a path so far from their true dreams and aspirations that they had during college.
Cons
This "company" uses young and uncertain college graduates for their own gain, lies about upward mobility, and is the definition of a pyramid scheme. If you value yourself, your time, and your future you will look elsewhere for employment. You make no money (100% commission door-to-door sales)- might as well start a lemonade stand. You pay for your own gas. The so called management training program really just means get as much money out of you as possible until you snap to your senses and quit. DON"T DO IT.
