Pros

The leadersship team is excellent! The work is very meaningful and rewarding, it's definitely challenging but it is so worth it! It's an amazing place to work and the company really treats you well, the genuienly care for your wellbeing and work very hard on maintaining a positive healthy culture/enviroment for all. I very strongly recommend working here. It is shift work and the shifts can be long, the week days are around 10 hours and weekends are usually 10-12 hours. There are two teams working the shifts, one will work anywhere from 4 to 6 days in a row and then they have the same amounnt of time off work afterwards. This means you work tougher shifts but time off is amazing, its an incredibly well balanced system. Leadership is very approachable and freindly, you genuinely make life long friends at this company. The company provides amazing accommodations: food, housing, vehicle, etc. These discounted accommodations make your actual wage feel significantly higher.

Cons

It is shift work and the shifts can be long, The pay isn't the highest but is is fair. For staff living onsite food and housing is so discounted that your actual purchasinng power is significantly higher than it would be with typical companies. Growth opportunity within the company is limited as its a smaller organization but opportunities and do definitely exist.
