Great people, feels like family. Is a great company for mainly entry level Software Developers and/or Business Consultants. Is a fast growing company with lots of customers in PR and in Latinamerica. Software Developers get to have bonus for taking Microsoft certifications. Management has an open-doors policy; very reachable even the President. Is the biggest Microsoft partner in Puerto Rico Great benefits (401k, life imsurance, healthcare plan)
Cons
If you are a tech junkie, this is not the place for you. You will be developing with legacy systems. The management promote those that are more noticeable not for their merits but for what they sell out themselves. Depending on your role or the commitment of your team, there is no such thing as work-life balance.
