Everyone is extremely friendly and supportive. Good benefits. Casual environment. Can set your own schedule and ask for projects and training.
Cons
Extreme lack of communication between managers. There is no clear job responsibilities or career path laid out for younger hires, so all priority is placed on older managers and part-time retirees. Owner of company tends to micromanage, rather than trust and communicate with his managers.
