Toxic Environment. Toxic Boss. No Organization in Human Resource Management. Leadership is by far the company’s most toxic flaw. Managers operate through intimidation rather than guidance, often micromanaging every decision while taking little accountability themselves. Communication barely exists — directions are vague, updates come last minute, and feedback usually arrives as public criticism. Favouritism runs deep, with certain teams and individuals given leniency while others are overworked and ignored. Pay is another sore point. Salaries sit well below industry averages, and several employees report delayed or partial payouts with little explanation. There is no transparency around raises or bonuses, and overtime often goes uncompensated. The work structure is chaotic. Roles blur constantly, priorities change overnight, and staff are left to pick up the pieces without resources or support. Training is almost non-existent, leaving new hires to “figure things out” in a high-pressure environment. Career progression is a myth. Promotions seem driven by internal politics, not performance, and capable employees often leave out of frustration. The result is a revolving door of talent and a culture defined by fear, exhaustion, and disappointment.
