Pros
Rockerbox is a solid company with amazing leadership. It's not easy to find a company where the product is so strong & the leadership is smart, supportive and driven by the right values. The company is engineer founded & led, which really differentiates it. These people are so smart! This is a place with minimal egos. It really feels like everyone is willing to help others, no matter their title or role in the hierarchy. I am lucky to have one of the best managers of my career. He is truly kind, caring, empathetic & supportive. The company is also super responsive & open to employee suggestions. There's room for employees to grow here into other roles or departments. They really value their employees & do a great job at retaining them. Overall it's the most impressive group of people I've worked with. The product speaks for itself & our near perfect retention rate proves the value it brings to our customers.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but we have typical start up growing pains. Less internal resources, long working hours, etc. They could also do a better job with PR & usually stay pretty under the radar about the many industry recognitions & awards they receive.
