Pros
- smart, caring people, no egos - experts in all areas - independent agency - founders work in the business - leadership team is on-the-ball and proactive - 'no jerks' policy applies to employees and clients - people-first culture and benefits (hybrid, extra week of leave, birthday leave, competitive salaries, anniversary experience, social events, lunches) - committed to long-term growth and success of clients, employees and business - innovative and constantly evolving services, products - great business model - secure and profitable - always busy, never boring or nothing to do
Cons
- teams are siloed and need to be more integrated (leadership team are aware of this and working towards solutions) - more cross-team support and a shift towards a one-goal, one-team culture required (this is happening for the most part, but one uninformed voice can create unnecessary barriers between teams) - running at capacity with high expectations and tight deadlines can be overwhelming and stressful at times (however, capacity is assessed regularly and recruitment process is fast to help alleviate the pressure on teams and individuals asap)
