Pros

None really, time off is probably the best thing this place has going for it. But they hold it over your head if you do so.

Cons

Low pay, they treat IT/engineering and fiber tech staff like trash. If your coming from QL or any other FOC/tech company stay. The grass is not greener, long hours, force to work on call night/weekends and holidays with NO over time or compensation ( unless your a VP you don't have to do anything) most of the VP and management have no idea what they are doing and have never worked in this industry, and they are always " working from home" but working from home is frowned upon if not in management. They say they are a start up but don't let that fool you.

Pros

Amazing people to work for, who cared about their employees and valued human health over profits during COVID19 outbreak.

Cons

With every job there are always negative aspects, but the Pro's outweighed the con's 10 fold.

Pros

I've seen a lot of positive change here since starting a few years ago. Like any startup we have had growing pains, but I see that leadership is actively seeking ways to improve team morale, productivity, and process flow and are willing to listen to those who bring up concerns they may have. They have made tremendous strides to accomplish this in the short time I have been here. Overall, team member recognition has definitely been more frequent for hard working individuals. Many of those who put in effort each and every day to accomplish their goals are privately and publicly appreciated and rewarded. The organization has grown tremendously for holding everyone accountable to achieve our goals and keeping everyone on track to expand our network. There are great benefits here all around since we are part of the Rock FOC. There is also a large internal network for mentorship and learning opportunities since we are part of a larger organization. We have fun team outings and are always celebrating our wins, both big and small. As a growing startup there has been a ton of opportunity for growth within the company. Many team members have stepped up into management roles and new sub teams are being formed as we grow our skillsets and company each year.

Cons

When bringing up concerns sometimes leadership can be hard to get through to on the first try and it may take a few follow up conversations before changes are made within the organization to correct any issues brought up. However, perseverance has worked for me in the past.
