Pros
It's a company in start-up mode. Is it easy to work for a start-up? No. Is it perfect? No. Does the company do exciting and top-of-the-line work? You bet!
Cons
Mostly disgruntled ex-employees post on Glassdoor & they claim that you should beware of positive posts from employees in non-engineering/tech roles. Guess what? These people are employees too and it's okay for them to say they enjoy working @ Rocket Lab. It's not for everyone, so if a start-up isn't for you, then look for a better fit. Stop moaning and groaning and post constructive comments.
