The environment is very collaborative and although it's a start-up feel, it's exciting to be part of the continued growth and exciting milestones. You never feel like you're alone. There is always someone there to bounce ideas off of to come up with the best solution. The impact we're making on the world is amazing and you feel as if you have purpose and I'm proud to tell people where I work.
