Pros

Nice offices, albeit a coworking space Bonuses and socials Hybrid working Interview process was very straightforward Easy to book time off

Cons

There's a lot of talk about how great the culture is, but little done to foster it with there being an obvious gender divide socially for a newer company. The management are behind when it comes to diversity, gender equality and respecting employee's health needs. The onboarding process is (as others have mentioned) not well structured, with training pushed on to less senior members of staff who have worked at the company for longer There are structural teething issues that they are trying to work out but it is at the expense of less senior staff. Management give the impression that they are open to feedback but don't take it seriously. Job titles are just thrown around Employees are asked to talk positively about the company online

Pros

Pros: Strong leadership: The leadership team is both inspiring and accessible. They set clear direction while empowering teams to execute. Accountability done right: There are solid systems in place that create accountability without micromanagement. You know what's expected, and there's support to help you deliver. Positive atmosphere: The vibe here is collaborative and fun. People actually seem to enjoy working together, which isn't always a given. Well-organized: Processes and systems are thoughtfully designed, which helps everyone work more efficiently. Overall: If you're looking for a company with strong culture, clear systems, and leadership that actually inspires, Rocket Saas is worth considering. Four months in, I'm glad I made the move.

Cons

Still early in my tenure, so I'm continuing to learn the full scope of growth opportunities and long-term career paths here.

Pros

Great team culture, good people, leadership with EQ, and working alongside true experts in the B2B SaaS industry.

Cons

The only con for new remote staff is that the learning curve can be slower than in the office, but that is to be expected, so be patient with yourself.
