      Pros

      Good & smart people to work with who support each other. Very technically focussed. Work from home possible. Will expect you to put in the extra effort if necessary but will also compensate (time off, dinners with wife etc) afterwards.

      Cons

      Politics at senior levels sometimes surface.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
