      Pros

      Great people, great software, great culture. Largest companies in the world use Rocket solutions to run their critical infrastructure, business processes, and data - which is quite neat.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
