      Pros

      I really enjoy the environment and the upper management. You get a warm sense of belonging. You can always learn new things and present your ideas.

      Cons

      Maybe I am crazy, but when they bought us out, it is better than before. I can't think of anything really as a con. Well... I would like to go to an office once in a while. Working from home can be boring at times.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
