      Sales leadership has turned over and is so focused on DEI that they are just looking for reasons to remove people that don’t check the boxes. Sad to see so many good people replaced this way.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
