Pros
If you are going with the political swell, you'll do fine...just be a yes man and mgmt is happy. There are always new people coming into the fold from their purchasing companies.
Cons
While the company has purchased many smaller companies over the past years, their original systems continue to be used with companies having to fit their mold. Frustrations were many due to the duplicate and repetitive information needed within multiple systems which did not 'speak' to each other.
