Mediocre hiring planning, could be improved to better align with business priorities. Mismatch between the seniority of some hires and the scope of their roles, repetitive operational tasks may result in underutilized experience and lower job satisfaction, as the role may not fully leverage their skills. There was also a tendency for management to be less receptive to feedback from employees outside the leadership team.
