Opportunities to request training and refreshers. Half days fridays and weekends off. Select groups in the workforce for banter. The ability to recite the jurassic park theme tune within 2 hours of your first shift thanks to colleagues....

Poor pay. Min wage compared to other companies of same or similar field/industry. Lack of motivation for progression amd work satisfaction from management. Communication between departments seem non existent at times despite recent efforts. (All of the last review is bang on). Favouritism towards staff with long service compared to others in same team is very high. Which leads to conniving attitudes. Specific people make a point of trying to call you out, just to get them in management goos books.

Nice people to work with. The job is very interesting and a great challenge.

Bad pay, bad management, under valued. No prospects no incentives or rewards.
