No interest in employees wellbeing. Absolutely NO flexibility in hybrid or remote working. Very low pay especially taking into account the job requirements. Extremely low salary increase Expected to do additional tasks not covered by job description without any pay increase. Performance reviews are unfair and only target any negative aspect however small (including a question asked).
