Pros
If you'd asked me two years ago, I'd have plenty of pros.
Cons
They've stripped away the hybrid work pattern. No matter what medical or personal life reasons you have to WFH part of the time; they don't care. Everyone got denied appeals. People have been forced to quit for health reasons and childcare reasons, amongst many other things (which is also why I left). They have stripped themselves of any employee trust, no one wants to go above and beyond anymore and no one is truly dedicated. One swift move had ruined so many things.
