-Global company -Able to move internally if needed - Colleges are good to work with
Cons
-American - Discissions are done from the USA and a lot of people don't understand CDN culture. - Your just a number - Always restructuring and downsizing - Do more with less people - Each Business unit is run differently. Don't expect to collaborate with other groups as each has there own agenda.
