Ladysmith rockwell reduces headcount - Machine Operator Rockwell Automation Employee Review

Don't ever feel like you can make a difference in the work place if you here. One person I know of was denied 20 times (no exaggerating) trying to improve by bidding on jobs to better herself. They removed 22 people on Monday January 11 2026. We were working 10 hour days 6-12 hours on Saturdays (not enough people to even manage the work that was due) and Monday they pull 22 of us in and say there is no work coming up we need to reduce the head count.
