Pros
Good for new college graduate or new career employee. You can become "one of them" . They treat customers well.
Cons
Growth is strangled by entrenched "good old boy" Rockwell culture. Bosses tend to gain their positions by seniority, not by competence. If you do leave Rockwell, expect to be treated as a traitor, even by HR, who neglect their professional code. Pre-2010 employees have pensions but new employees don't get pensions and benefits as older employees.
