Pros
Pay, learn what you can and move on. No growth in this company. Give you $150 for shoes once a year. Once in a while give food (every 3 months)
Cons
Lack of communication, Lies to your face, people back stab you, stool pigeons, Start working 8 hours a day until 60-90 days then you have to work OT. Raises are crap. No bonus. Do not care about safety, only getting the shipments out. If someone gets hurt, management acts different towards that person. (like and outsider)
