The people. The everyday Joe and Sally who work here are great.
Cons
"Culture & Values" are smoke and mirrors. Say one thing. Do another. Example: Travel restrictions? Not for Execs on the corporate jet. why not burn $250K in jet fuel to go *anywhere.* Nevermind that this will equal 2 junior engineers salaries, engineers they will layoff in 12 months due to "tightening the belt."
