      company with great respect for employees and ethical processes. Encourages to be autonomous and self driven

      Flat structure with very few career opportunities outside the Headquarter in Milwaukee.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
