      Pros

      Good work/life balance. People are nice.

      Cons

      There is no career path here in East Setauket. Salary is not enough to afford a decent housing on Long Island, basically paid by mid-west salary living on Long Island. Manager does not care about your career at all, although they may seem nice to you. People are not promoted by competence, but rather by how well they play politics.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
