Pros

Few good people who still believe in Talent Motivation. Flexible environment. Managers normally don't interfere in methodology of doing. People can use there own Brain. Mainly, because of the reason that they don't have time for that. Good for starters. Very Ethical

Cons

All the Pros have decreased to a very low level in last few years Leadership Strategy looks on Cheap Labor then Good Engineers. Company is loosing talent at a very fast rate and still doesn't look like giving any priority to it. Only gives priority to nos of resources, then the quality. With the kind of product profile, new people hardly are able to get a clear idea of the actual customer issues. Customer Care is Pathetic. They can't even solve the issues raised by Internal Employees, leave aside customer. Globally, no coordination between offices. Arranging for inter-company support in other country is a nightmare. No Clarity in Employee Growth policies. Growth only for those who resign every year. No Growth if you love working here and do your job sincerely. HR's role starts and ends till some event organisation. Tad Slow in any Employee related work. Most of the employees don't even know the complete HR Team or they have never met any of the HR. Nightmare for new joiners due to the lethargic HR Team
