      Good people, a supportive company, a consistent commitment to improvement

      Cons

      Feels like a large company, can feel impersonal or slow at times. Advancement opportunities exist, but can be slow. Must have a stomach for corporate jargon

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
