      Management cares about employees' career aspirations Company cares about the community Company cares about ethical practices Company cares about inclusion of minorities Work is technically challenging Great colleagues Great place to start as a young engineer

      Facilities are a little dismal - Low lighting, gray, not stimulating Cafeteria does not offer many vegetarian options Education is not considered an employee "benefit," but it is offered

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
